The VPL Group and VPL Educational Society were started by a young technocrat Mr. Bandi Suresh Kumar with an engineering background. Over the last 25 years of the VPL Group journey, he along with his team have expanded the businesses into Manufacturing of Steel, special steels, power plants, logistics & warehouses infrastructure services, real estate, IT steel portal services and CSR activities. Under Mr. Suresh Kumar's leadership as MD of Vizag Profiles Pvt.Ltd., along with the other Directors the VPL Group has diversified and created good operating assets related to the City of Destiny, Visakhapatnam.
Mr. Bandi Suresh Kumar has expertise in Marketing and Sales, raw material procurement, financing and administration. He has previously worked at Sirpur Paper Mills Limited before venturing into steel trading. He has more than 25 years of experience in the steel and logistics industries. He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Amravati University, Maharashtra. As a part of the VPL Group’s CSR activities being done at all the Group companies in the last 25 years. To promote education and other social services for all sections of the population, VPL Group had constructed a Green City English Medium School in the Green City with all the required academic and sports infrastructure and good-quality teachers. The school had been operating for the last 15 years with the CBSE accreditation and syllabus from LKG to 10th Standard and is now planning and expanding up to 12th Standard. Apart from school education, VPL Educational Society is planning to start other training areas in the fields of digital and information technologies for capacity building and application development through incubation of small startups with ideas. VPL Educational Society and VPL Group are committed to CSR and serving the needy and society at large.
